Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any cancellations of Tickets can be done online if the passenger is registered with us or a mail has to be sent with all details to info@triptailoronline.com or call us at 82-62-810-810 for the same.

100/- Service Charges will be charged, over and above the airline’s own cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Show charges.

In case of e-Tickets, the refund shall be processed within 15 working days from the date of the cancellation request being made. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.

Any top-up payment / advance payment which is received from client & if client does not use the amount for services for any reason and he wants his payment to return in this case after one month of deposit, customer need to give refund request to us, once we will get refund request from the client, the balance amount will be refunded within 07 to 10 working days via same source.

Please note that all bookings for which the payment is made through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking will attract a charge of 2.75% of the total amount.
